ICH BIETE: eine schöne und perfekte gelegene 1 Zimmer Wohnung am Josephsplatz in München. Die komplette Miete beträgt 660€ (630€ warm plus 30€ Strom/Internetkosten). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und hat eine tolle Fensterfront zum ruhigen Innenhof. Zu Fuß erreicht man die U-Bahnstation Josephsplatz in 3 Minuten. Ich habe die Küche komplett renoviert und ich benötige eine Ablöse der Waschmaschine (auch offen, für Tausch der Waschmaschinen), die ein Jahr alt ist.
ICH SUCHE:
mindestens 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung unbefristet (WG-geeignet, für 2 Personen)
mit Ubahn Anbindung
unter 900€ warm
