Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon in den Innenhof und im Keller eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne über den gesamten Zeitraum (5.8.-18.10. vermieten). Also schreibt mir bitte nur falls ihr die Wohnung über den gesamten Zeitraum mieten wollt. Eine vorzeitige Kündigung wird im Untermietvertrag ausgeschlossen.
Man braucht 5 Minuten bis zur U Bahnstation Petuelring (u3) und ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Marienplatz). Auch die Tram ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt (fährt zum Stachus und sendlinger Tor). Zum Olympiapark und Luitpolpark braucht man je 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt.
