Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein 1-Zimmer Appartement. Ich ziehe aus, aber mein Mietvertrag geht noch bis Ende März. Küche ist vorhanden, sie ist vom restlichen Zimmer durch eine Bar abgetrennt. Ich werde mein Bett, Schrank, Barhocker, Vorhänge, etc in der Wohnung lassen, so dass man sie gut bewohnen kann. Waschmaschine ist allerdings leider nicht vorhanden. Man kann aber fußläufig Waschsalons erreichen.
In Schwabing zwischen Giselastraße und Kurfürstenplatz. Man kommst sehr gut zur U3, U6 und auch zur U2. Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
