Bungalow im Olympia Dorf zur Untermiete - ausschließlich Studenten!

Ich vermiete meinen kleinen Bungalow im Olympiadorf unter. Die Lage ist perfekt, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel quasi vor der Türe und das ganze direkt im Olympiapark. Ich verlange eine Kaution, die selbstverständlich am Ende zurückgegeben wird und auch vertraglich festgehalten wird.
Du musst Student/in sein und eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung haben. Die Untermiete wird mit einem Vertrag beim Studentenwerk gemeldet.
Bitte verschwendet nicht meine und eure Zeit:
Anfragen wegen einem anderen Zeitraum, Mietpreisverhandlungen, nicht-Studenten, etc. werden sofort gelöscht und nicht beantwortet.
Ich freue mich auf einen unkomplizierten und netten Untermieter (m/w).

I'm subletting my little bungalow in the olympic village. The area is superb right in the olympic park and has several public transport options literally in front of the door. The room has 2 floors, a little bathroom, a tiny kitchen and even a balcony included. Basically everything you need for a short term stay.
There’s a security deposit which you'll certainly get back afterwards (this is gonna be documented in the sublease).
In order to rent the room, you have to be an enrolled student (enrollment certificate required), since the subletting agreement will be registered with the student housing office.
PLEASE don't waste your and my time:
I'm neither going to respond to requests for different rent periods, price bargains, nor to non-students.
I'm looking forward to finding an uncomplicated and nice subtenant.
