Sonnige 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, die U Bahn Stationen Frankfurter Ring (U2) und Oberwiesenfeld (U3) sind in ca. 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt and am Unicampus ist man somit innerhalb von 15 min. Besonders schön ist die Nähe zum Olympiapark und -dorf, die in 5min mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus erreicht werden können, hier kann man wunderbar entspannen, Sport treiben oder auch einkaufen gehen, Bars besuchen etc.. besonders für Studenten ist es super hier, denn die Preise sind – gerade für München – echt in Ordnung. Auch den Englischen Garten kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad besuchen, vor allem der ruhigere nördliche Teil ist schnell erreicht.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Penny, in 5-10min Entfernung findet man Aldi, Lidl, Edeka usw.

Die Gesamtmiete betragt 1060€, inklusive Strom und WLAN. Auf Grund ihrer Größe eignet sich die Wohnung nicht nur für Singles sondern ist auch für Paare durchaus ausreichend, aktuell wohnen wir auch zu zweit hier und das klappt wunderbar :)

Hello :)

I am subletting my beautiful 1-room flat in Schwabing-West from 1. July on, with the option of a permanent rent from 1. October onwards, if you’re looking for a permanent place to stay. I am moving to a new flat next month, therefore the flat can be rented with furniture (Kitchen, bed, wardrobe and the table with chairs may stay) or without.
The flat is 45qm and especially the big sunny balcony is extraordinary.
A bus stop is right in front of the house and the U Bahn stations Frankfurter Ring (U2) and Oberwiesenfeld (U3) are in walking distance (~10 min). Therefore, you can reach the City Centre or Uni main campus within 15 min.
The Olympiapark and -dorf are close as well and can be reached within 5 min by bike or bus, here you can relax, work out or go shopping, to bars etc.. especially nice for students as the bars and shops have very reasonable prices!
If you have a bike you might also enjoy doing a little trip to Englischer Garten or various close-by lakes, all of which can be visited in 10-15min.
Many shops for groceries are close-by as well, Penny is right next door and stores like Lidl, Aldi or Edeka can be reached quickly on foot.
The full rent in 1060€ including electricity and Wifi. Due to its size, this flat is not only suitable for a single person but also for couples, at the moment I live here with my boyfriend as well and it works out perfectly fine. :)
