Hi all!
Im going to be out of town for a couple of weeks and I am offering my apartment for rent for that period. I will be off from next week onwards, and therefore checking if someone around here urgently needs accommodation that would have to be handed over on Monday 9th December (I have no other option here, sorry for that). The dates available are from Monday 9th December 2019 until the Sunday 5th January 2020, so basically 4 full weeks.

Why the apartment is so awesome to have:
• In the heart of Schwabing, close to Hohenzollernplatz
• Ca. 30 sqm with balcony and washing machine
• Fully furnished, with even a guitar
• Bathroom with bathtub
• 700€ for the whole period (warm)
What you do need to know before contacting:
• Since I am not really moving out, I would just make good space in the closet for the person to feel comfortable, but I cannot put all my stuff away in such a short time.
• There is no internet in the flat
• I would need some personal information and copy of IDs and stuff like that for the landlord, it is not a lot though.
• 300€ deposit
