Hello there, I’m looking for the new tenant for my current one room apartment:
- The flat is 40m2 big which can be easily divided
- Nice orientation with the view of BMW tower and sunrise from the balcony
- Suitable for one person or a couple (Preferably: working people and long-term)
- Unfurnished, except a cabinet and the kitchen, the cost of kitchen is 750€; there’s a Küchentisch which fits well and I would like it to stay, it costs 130€
- Convenient Grocery shopping : there is EDEKE right next to the building and couple of shops Penny and REWE nearby.
- walkable distance to :
1. Olympiapark: 10 min
2. U-Bhan :Scheidplatz- 10min and Petuelring- 7min
3. Tram :Gartenstr -3 min
