Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für die Dauer meiner Semesterferien unter.
Ich biete:
- Eine 26qm 1-Zimmer-Wohnung
- Volle Ausstattung, von Küche bis Bad
- Möbel, natürlich auch mit Sofa, Bett und Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten
- Entertainment von UHD TV und Soundsystem
- Einen Balkon zum Verweilen
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, bis zur Innenstadt sind es 10 Minuten, sowohl zum Hbf als auch zum Marienplatz. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist ebenfalls exzellent.
Falls Du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne. Falls dir ein abweichender Zeitraum besser passt, gib mir einfach Bescheid.

Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing-West, in der Nähe der Hagedornstraße. Bis zu den ÖPNV ist es nicht weit, lediglich 2-3 Minuten, sodass du schnell in der Stadt/Marienplatz oder dem Hauptbahnhof bist (in unter 10 Minuten).
Bis zum Olympiapark sind es ebenfalls nur 5-10 Minuten, perfekt zum Joggen :-) Für Berufstätige liegt BMW ganz in der Nähe.
