This is a one-room apartment located in the city center, at the beginning of the Hohenzollernstraße, practically by Leopoldstraße. A great opportunity!
When you enter the apartment you have a small kitchen and a separate bathroom with bath, and then the room with a window. It's oriented towards the south, so the light is great during the whole day!
Everything you need is within 1-5 minutes of walking distance. There is a Penny supermarket just in front of the door and Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Dm less than 5 minutes away, as well as the Post. There is also a bus stop next to the door and the U-Bahn station Münchner Freiheit and Giselastraße are both 4-5 minutes away walking. The Englischer Garten is also 5 minutes away, crossing the Leopoldstraße.
It has all the necessary furniture and equipment to live, including a dishwasher! The washing machine is in the groundfloor and there is always one available.
A great location at a great price, and for you to be on your own. The building has a lift and the neighbors are nice and quiet.
Although the Ablöse might seem high, it is actually a very fair price. I am leaving everything in the flat, so it is ready to live in: one bed with matress, one extra matress, bedside table, super big wardrobe, sofa with low table, big quality desk and chair, other cupboards for storage, extra equipped built kitchen (as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups, toaster, kettle, mixer, small oven...), storage place in the bathroom, etc. The Ablöse is a must in order to rent the apartment.
