Ideal für Expads oder Studenten: Da ich für länger ins Ausland gehe, wird meine Wohnung frei. Da ich nach 2 Jahren evtl. zurückkomme, wäre der Vertrag erst mal befristet.

- super nette Nachbarn (z.B. wenn man sich – wie ich – mal den Fuß bricht, wird man von allen mitversorgt)
- nette Vermieter, keine Staffelmiete & Co.
- sehr ruhige Wohnung, keine Party-Nachbarn :-)
- Kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber
- Fitnessstudio und Schwimmbad in der Nähe
- Immer Parkplätze vor der Tür, aber eh mit dem Rad alles in der Nähe
- Hund nach Absprache möglich
- Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung im Keller, Gespurrspülmaschine habe ich einbauen lassen

Miete: 1095 + Strom, GEZ, WLAN

Ablöse von 1500 Euro für:
- Kauf und Einbau Geschirrspüler
- Sofa Westwing
- Tisch Ikea
- Bett Ikea
- Matratze Emma
- Maßgeschneiderte Vorhänge für Bett-Abtrennung
- Plissern für die Fenster
- Balkonmöbel
- Kleinigkeiten wie Anbau von Realgen in Küche, Sonnenschirm

Auf Wunsch auch Ausstattung wie Geschirr , Staubsauger und Co., da ich die schweren Sachen nicht mit ins Ausland nehmen werde. Sodass die Wohnung "ready to move in" ist.

- super nice neighbors (e.g. if you break your foot - like I did - you will be taken care of by all of them)
- nice landlords, no graduated rent & Co.
- very quiet apartment, no party neighbors :-)
- small supermarket directly opposite
- gym and swimming pool nearby
- always parking spaces in front of the door, but eh with the bike everything nearby
- Dog possible by arrangement
- Washing machine for common use in the basement, Gespurrspülmaschine I have installed
