Ich vermiete über die Zeit des Oktoberfestes meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Über das genaue Datum des Einzugs und Auszugs können wir gerne reden!
Sie besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem 16m² großen Schlaf/Wohn/Arbeitsraum. (seht selbst auf den Bildern). Das Zimmer hat ein riesiges Fenster zum Leopoldpark hinaus, sodass es sehr grün ist. Das Bett ist 1,40m breit, sodass darin locker Platz für 2 Personen ist. Es steht auch eine Couch im Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Schwabing.
In 20 Minuten ist man mit der U-Bahn an der Theresienwiese.
In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Giselastraße. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Odeonsplatz, also in der Innenstadt.
Die Miete beträgt 150,-€ all inclusive.
Als Absicherung für meine privaten Sachen nehme ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 200,-€, die ihr dann aber selbstverständlich zurück bekommt, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
