Ich habe eine schöne, moderne, voll möblierte 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (27 qm) mit Balkon in München Laim frei ab 15.4.19 bis 31.12.2019 oder ggf. auch länger. Es ist eine Galeriewohnung - im unteren Bereich ist der Eingang und kleiner Wohnbereich, Single-Küche, Duschbad mit WC, ein Tisch, Sofa und TV sowie Zugang zum Balkon. In der Wohnung führt eine Treppe auf die offene Galerie, hier steht ein Bett und ein grosser Einbauschrank. Die Schlafebene hat auch ein Fenster, das man verdunkeln kann. Waschmaschine und Tockner sind im Haus. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Mietpreis gilt für 1 Person pro Monat. Für eine weitere Person berechne ich 90€ zusätzlich pro Monat. Im Mietpreis sind sämtliche Nebenkosten, auch Internet Flatrate und Möblierungspauschale enthalten. Endreinigung zum Schluß einmalig 80 €. Bei Interesse kann ich Ihnen gerne noch mehr Fotos schicken.

I have a beautiful, modern, fully furnished 1.5 room apartment (27 sqm) with balcony in Munich Laim free from 15.4.2019 until 31.12.2019 or longer. It is a gallery apartment - in the lower area is the entrance and small living area, single kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, a table, sofa and TV and access to the balcony. In the apartment a staircase leads to the open gallery, where there is a bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The sleeping level also has a window that can be darkened. Washing machine and dryer are in the house. Cookware, bed linen and towels are provided. The rent is valid for 1 person per month. For an additional person I charge 90€ extra per month. In the rent all additional costs, also Internet Flatrate and furnishing flat rate are contained. Final cleaning at the end once 80 €. If you are interested I can send you even more photos.
