Ich vermiete diese gemütliche, möblierte Altbauwohnung ("Berlin-style") mit getrennter Küche/Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer.
Der Balkon befindet sich in Richtung des ruhigen und begrünten Innenhofs.
Die U-bahn Schwanthaler Höhe ist in derselben Strasse und zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
In der Gegend gibt es viele kleine Cafés und Kneipen und auch Parks. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und besonders schätze ich die freundliche Atmosphäre des Viertels.
