ich vermiete meine Wohnung über Oktoberfest vom 27.09. - 6.10. Von hier aus kann man die "Theresienwiese" innerhalb von 6 Min. mit der Tram und 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichen.
Bei Bedarf kann die Wohnung auch tageweise gemietet werden, für 130 EUR/Tag (mind. 3 Übernachtungen).
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, eine separate Küche, Dusche+Badewanne und einen Balkon mit Blick in den begrünten Innenhof ... also beste Voraussetzungen für eine gute Zeit!
Ich suche einen, maximal zwei nette MieterInnen, die meine Wohnung gut behandeln und sich im Haus gut zu benehmen wissen, daher sind mir ein nettes Paar oder zwei Freundinnen am liebsten. Ansonsten fühlt euch wie zu Hause und habt eine gute Zeit in München! Und wenn du/ihr geh(s)t, freue ich mich die Wohnung wieder in einem guten Zustand vorzufinden. Ich werde dir/euch dann die Kaution in Höhe von 200 EUR zurückgeben. Bettzeug und Handtücher können bei Bedarf gestellt werden.

Dear all,
I'm renting out my apartment for Oktoberfest from Sept. 27th - Oct. 6th. From here you can reach "Theresienwiese" (Oktoberfest station) within 6 min. via tram and 5 min. walk.
The apartment can also be rented with a minimum stay of 3 days for 130 EUR/day.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes one bed, a separate kitchen, a shower/bathtub and a balcony with a nice view... best conditions to spend a good time.
I'm looking for nice renters who treat my apartment well an know how to behave in the house. It's not allowed to bring strangers. Therefore a nice couple or two friends who know how to behave well in other peoples places are my preference. Otherwise just feel at home in my place and have fun in Munich! And when you leave, I appreciate to find myself again in a clean and comfortable place. I will take a deposit of 200 EUR and if everything is nice and cozy again you will get it back. Bed sheets and towels can be provided if needed.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse. Anbindungen zu diversen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U, S, Tram, Bus) sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Penny und Tengelmann liegen vor der Haustür. Im Viertel gibt es gemütliche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, wo ihr entspannen könnt.
