Hi everyone,
I am leaving in Laim area in very nice - old building. I rent a room 24 msq,which is large and very comfortable. The nice with this house is that everything are around you. For example:
1. 10 minute away from S-bahn Donnasbergbruke
2. 10 min from U-bahn Heimeranplatz
3. 5 min from Tramm 18-19 Trappentreustrasse
4. 5 min from 53,63,62 Bus
5. 10 min from the center
And I have also around supermarkets like Lidl, Tengelman, dm, Farmacy,and kl.
The house is very huge and very comfortable. Is really nice to have a person that can keep (as we do) the house clean and nicely.
