da ich für ne Weile ins Ausland gehen werde, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung :)
Die Wohnung hat ca. 36 m², ist super praktisch aufgeteilt und sehr hell. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne.
Alle Möbel, Geschirr, etc. würde ich in der Wohnung lassen, so dass du eigentlich nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitnehmen müsstest.
Es besteht eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (UBahn, Bus- und Tram in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg).
In der Nähe befinden sich auch zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Nette, Rewe, Bäcker, etc.)
