I have to return to London end of 2018, so I have to let go of this beautiful 1-zimmer-wohnung. It is located literally 1min walk from U5 Friedenheimer Str! It is a spacious flat, perfect for 1/2 persons who are moving to Munich without any furniture, as my condition for the "nachmieter" is to take over everything (kitchen, furniture, utensils, etc) inside the flat for €2000. What you see in pics will all stay for you.

I pay heating+TV license+Internet altogether €80
The flat has separate hallway, kitchen and bathroom: vert convenient for a Studio flat. The flat is on Floor 0 but eleveted like mezzanine. Trees cover the front of the flat and there is green area at the back. It is a very nice flat that I planned to stay for as long as I live in Munich, and it is a pity that I have to leave due to personal circumstances.
The move-in date will be on 31 Dec 2018, with your contract with the landlord starting from 01 Jan 2019. I plan to have 15-mins slots tomorrow Sun 11, so if interested please write me an email with a short intro of yourself.
