Die Wohnung liegt in einem Unitygebäude an der Landsbergerstraße an der Grenze von Laim und Pasing. Durch ein bodentiefes Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell und modern. Sowohl Küche als Bad sind in sehr gutem und nahezu neuem Zustand, ohne größere Benutzungsspuren :-)
Die Möbel können, müssen aber natürlich nicht übernommen werden.
Zudem gibt es einen Einbauschrank der viel Platz spart 😇
Obwohl die Wohnung etwas außerhalb liegt, hatte ich nie Probleme mit der Lage, da die Tram direkt vor der Tür fährt oder ich 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof gelaufen bin und dann mit der Sbahn in ebenfalls 10-12 Minuten in der Stadt war 😇🥰
Pasing an sich hat seinen eigenen Charme und verfügt über kleine Parks sowie den Pasing-Arcaden, sodass man alles hat was man braucht.
Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Aldi, Edeka und Lidl sind nur ca 500m entfernt :)
