【short-term studio subletting for 1 person, around Harras (U6/S7), from May to August】
Hallo! I am subletting a studio flat from May to August, because I will go to other cities for a few months. The flat is furnished and for one person. It is on the 11th floor with a big balcony, so it's quite bright and with a beautiful view.
Subletting period: May to August 2022 (move-in and move-out dates can be flexible)
Furniture status: furnished, with a built-in kitchen; there’s also a bed frame available if you’d prefer but I personally only use the mattress.
Size: around 35-40 square meters (sorry that the exact size wasn't measured)
Number of person: for one person to occupy the whole flat
