mein Name ist Alexandra und ich stelle von Anfang Februar bis Ende Juni meine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes zur Verfügung.
Ich suche jemanden zur Untermiete, die/der großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legt und einen sorgsamen Umgang mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Gegenständen pflegt. Darüber hinaus ist Freundlichkeit, Offenheit und ein respektvoller Umgang unter den Nachbarn durchaus erwünscht :).
Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich für eine Person geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Westpark entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es besteht ein guter Anschluss zum ÖPNV (Bus, Ubahn), welcher ebenfalls im Umkreis von ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar ist.
Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
