The app. is located on the 5th floor of a dormitory. An elevator is available.
The apartment is very spacious with its approx. 20 sqm and flooded with light through the large windows overlooking a green area. It is fully furnished with a bed with mattress and cover, wardrobe, desk and shelf. Furthermore, there is also a fitted kitchen with (among other things refrigerator, microwave, stove) and a sink with game gel. Furthermore, it has shutters and has morning sun. In summer it is pleasantly cool in here.
Separately from the app. there are two toilets and a bathroom with shower/bathtub combination. You share these sanitary facilities with Beni (27). He is friendly and you greet each other if you happen to meet in the hallway. But otherwise you lead a very distant life and don't get to know much about each other
The house in which the apartment is located has a basement where you can put your bike. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
The Harras can be reached on foot within approx. 4 minutes. From there, there are excellent connections by public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn) or via the expressway. All stores for daily needs can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes, and there is also an Asian or Arab market nearby. A nice walk can also be made in the nearby park, there are also various sports facilities. The residential area is very quiet, there is no bar/club in the direct neighborhood. In the street is currently under construction, but from the noise you are well shielded in the apartment by the neighboring houses
