Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock. Sie kriegt tagsüber sehr viel Sonne und man hat den Blick auf die wunderschöne Margaretenkirche direkt vor dem Haus.
Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische mit eigener Tür. Der Wohnraum selbst ist ein ca. 16m² großes fast quadratisches Zimmer.
Einen Fernseher habe ich zwar, allerdings benutze ich ihn nur als PC Monitor.

There's an elevator, the Apartment lies on the 4th floor. Very sunny during the day with a marvelous view on the church of St. Margaret. The flat has a kitchenette with door. The living space is a almost square room aproximately 16m². Even though I have a TV I only use it as a PC monitor.
Die Lage ist idyllisch in der Nähe der U-/S-Bahnstation Harras gelegen. Es gibt kaum Verkehrslärm, nur ab und zu Glockenläuten von der Kirche die direkt vor dem Haus steht.
5 Minuten Fußweg bringen einen zur S-Bahn (S7)
10 Minuten Fußweg bringen einen zur U-Bahn (U6)
10 Minuten Busfahrt bringen einen zur Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest)
Die Busnachtlinie N41 bringt einen direkt vor die Haustür (Haltestelle: Margaretenplatz)
Am Harras findet man zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Postfiliale, verschiedene Ärzte, Banken, Apotheken, Mc Donalds etc.

The location is idyllic near Harras station. Connection to various public transportation opportunities can be found close by. Almost no noise pollution, with the exception of the bell tower of the church that stands directly in front of the house.
5 minutes walk to the subway (S6)
10 minutes walk to the underground (U6)
10 minutes drive by bus to the Octoberfest
The night bus N41 takes you to your doorstep (Margaretenplatz)
At Harras station various shopping opportunities can be found as well as several doctors, pharmacies, a post office, banks, a Mc Donalds etc.
Bei Interesse bitte per Handy oder Email an mich wenden um einen Termin zur Besichtigung der Wohnung zu vereinbaren und den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben.
Achtung: Haustiere sind nicht gestattet!
Bitte finden Sie sich spätestens am 1. September pünktlich um 09:00 Morgens am Margaretenplatz 3 ein.
Am 30. September bitte ab 16:00 zu Hause sein, damit ich die Wohnung wieder in Empfang nehmen kann.
