Die Nachbarn sind super und absolut entspannt.
Zur Theresienwiese sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Harras ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle Herzog Ernst Platz liegt 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt. In der Umgebung sind zudem kostenlose Parkplätze und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes.
