ich suche einen netten, zuverlässigen Untermieter ab sofort und bis zum 13.05.2020!
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, voll möbliert, enthält alles für den täglichen Bedarf und ist sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist liegt zum Innenhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küchenzeile, ein breites Bett (1,60m) und 2 schöne Zimmerpflanzen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt einen Waschkeller im Haus, sowie einen überdachten Fahrradständer. Die Wohnung hat einen Flur, in dem ein großer Schrank steht, der sehr viel Stauraum bietet. Ein Foto kann bei Interesse natürlich zugeschickt werden.
Die nächsten Busstation liegt 3min entfernt, zu Fuß sind es ca. 10min bis zur U-Bahn Poccistraße und 5min bis zur Theresienwiese.

I subrent my flat for the next month. It's super close to U-Bahn Poccistraße and the Theresienwiese, next public bus is 3min away. It's a cozy flat of 25qm in Sendling, really quiet, furbished with a large bed, bath tub and fully equipped kitchen. I am looking for someone nice and responsible.
