Das 1-Zimmer Apartment ist sehr groß geschnitten und beinhaltet eine separate Küche sowie Bad und WC. Im großen Raum ist genug Platz für einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich in einer Nische, sodass jede Fläche genutzt werden kann. Durch einen Regal oder Vorhang (wie auf den Fotos) kann der Bereich vom Rest abgetrennt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss (ohne Fahrstuhl).

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sodass der Bus 54/63 in 3/6 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen ist. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Westpark (U6) ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem befindet sich in der Straße (in unmittelbarer Nähe) ein Netto (2 Minuten), Friseure, Cafés, Bäckerei und diverse Geschäfte. Da die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es sehr belebt dort.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für den 01.04.2021. Allerdings kann man nach Absprache auch schon früher meinen Mietvertrag übernehmen. Voraussetzung für den neuen Mieter: Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Einkommensnachweise und evtl. ein kurzes Anschreiben.
Die Ikea-Knoxhult Einbauküche (mit Unter- und Wandschrank) ist für 350€ abzulösen. Ich hatte die Küche vor gut 1 1/2 Jahren einbauen lassen inklusive Backofen und Herdplatte, da die Wohnung unmöbliert war.
