Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang September verfügbar.
Die gemütliche voll möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof einer Wohngegend im Erdgeschoss. Durch einen kleinen Flur betritt man den Wohnraum des Apartments, in dem eine kleine Küchenzeile, ein Schreibtisch, ein TV und ein Tisch bereitsteht.
Im Wohnraum befindet sich auch der Schlafbereich und der Zugang zum Badezimmer. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können.
Im Hinterhof gibt es einen kleinen Gartenbereich der ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden kann.
Ein Wlan Anschluss besteht ebenfalls und kann mitgenutzt werden.

In dem Gebäude sind noch weitere Studentenappartments, in denen auch unter anderem Japanische Musikstudenten wohnen.

The nice, fully furnished 1-room apartment is in thebackcourt on the ground floor in a nice safe living area.
Entering the apartment trough the corridor, you are standing in the living room already equipped with a small kitchen, a sofa, a table and a TV.
There is also the sleeping area with a bed and a cupboard. It is possible to use a washing maschine. There`s also a small piece of garden you can use together with the other students.
There is Wlan at the apartment which one you can use.

There are some other student apartments at the building where also some Japanese music school students are living.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Sendling zwischen der U-Bahnstation Harras und Partnachplatz. Zur Ubahn Harras läuft man circa 7 min, direkt um die Ecke fährt auch ein Bus. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in a quiet little street between the metro station Harras and Partnachplatz. It`s a 7min walking distance to the next Ubahn/Metro station and there is also a bus close to the apartment.
