ich biete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung befristet ab dem 21.2.22 bis Ende März an. Bezüglich des Mietzeitraums bin ich flexibel, etwas früher bzw. später ist ebenfalls möglich.
Preis 720€ all in pro Monat, mit gutem Internet.
Die Einrichtung ist recht modern, da Neubau. Außerdem gibt es neben dem Balkon auch noch eine Dachterrasse. Im Keller sind Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim welches nur aus 1- Zimmerwohnungen besteht. Allerdings ist es durch das hohe Stockwerk dauerhaft sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Obersendling, mit der U3 ist man in 15. Minuten ohne umsteigen in der Innenstadt. Ruhige Lage.
