Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt.

In der Wohnung befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner elektr. Heizkörper (falls Gas zu einem Problem werden sollte).

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dish washer, coffee machine, and record player; bedroom with bed, sheets, closet, own workspace with desk and land-line computer, smart TV with Apple TV, PS3, and good selection of games, movies & books; bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Washing machine is located in the basement of the building and shared with one other person.
All utilities are included - incl. wifi, electricity, water, gas.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 5 min von der U6 entfernt mit der man in etwa 15 min ins Stadtzentrum (Marienplatz) kommt.
Es gibt außerdem einige Busstationen in der Nähe - für Nachtschwärmer ist außerdem interessant, dass der Nachtbus ganz in der Nähe hält.
Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Rewe, Norma, Penny).
Ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz und Tischtennisplätzen befindet sich in direkter Nähe zur Wohnung. Der Westpark, ein wirklich schöner Park, mit Seen, Outdoor-Kino, Cafés & Biergärten ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located only 5 min from the U6 metro station Partnachplatz with which you can reach the city center (Marienplatz) in about 15 min.
There is also a bus station only 2 min away from the apartment.
There are several supermarkets in the area (Rewe, Norma, Penny).
There is a small park with a playing ground for children just across from the apartment. Westpark, one of Munich's nicest parks, is also only 10 min walking distance.
Mich hat es kurzfristig nach Berlin verschlagen weswegen ich einen Untermieter für meine Wohnung suche. Eventuell kann die Wohnung auch einen Monat kürzer bzw. länger vermietet werden.
Suche auch noch nach einer dauerhaften Bleibe in Berlin, falls du also eine nette WG (oder Wohnung) in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Schöneberg oder Friedrichshain hast, dann können wir auch gerne über einen Tausch reden.
