Liebe Interessenten,
da ich bis 31.01.12 ein Auslandssemester mache,
suche ich eine/n freundlichen und unbedingt verlässlichen Zwischenmieter, da persönliches Eigentum in der Wohnung bleibt.
Bett und Stauraum sind zwar vorhanden, jedoch kann ich nicht alle Regale etc freiräumen, das lohnt sich für 3 Monate einfach nicht.
Zur Wohnung:
1 Zimmer mit Balkon
Flur, Küche und Bad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso auch die UBahn Haltestelle U3-Forstenrieder Allee, welche ca. 15 min zum Marienplatz braucht.
