I'm looking for a tenant for my 24 meter square apartment in Obersendling. The studio apartment is very modern, fully furnished with a comfy bed (1m by 2m) and well situated. There is a bus station right outside the building, the S-bhan station is 5 min by foot and the U-bhan station is around 10 min away by foot.
The apartment is fully furnished with a mattress, sofa bed, a coffee table, desk lamp and a set of dishes.
- The rent include the Internet, cable TV, electricity, heating and water
- A laundry room on each floor of the building, a gym and a common area
- Indoor bicycle storage room and outdoor parking spaces for cars and bicycles

Liebe Leute, ich suche einen Mieter für meine 24 Quadratmeter Wohnung in Obersendling. Das Studio Apartment ist sehr modern, Voll möbliert mit einem bequemen Bett eingerichtet (1 x 2 m) und gut gelegen, mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die S-Bahn nur 5min und die U-Bahn etwas mehr als 10min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit einer Matratze, einem Schlafsofa, einem Kleiner Tisch, einer Schreibtischlampe und einem Geschirr.
- die Miete schließt Internet, Kabelfernsehen, Strom, Heizung und Warm-/Kaltwasser mit ein
- es gibt einen Wäscheraum in jedem Stockwerk des Gebäudes, einen Fitness- und einen Gemeinschaftsraum
- darüber hinaus gibt es einen Innenraum um Fahrräder abzustellen, sowie Außenstellplätze und Parkplätze für Fahrrad und Auto.

There is a big park right next to the apartment, A gym and supermarkets 4 min away by foot.
Es gibt einen großen Park direkt neben der Wohnung, ein Fitnessstudio und Supermärkte 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
