Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung zu den ersten 10 Tagen Wies´n und schon ein paar Tage davor zu vermieten (15.-25.9!)
Die Wohnung muss nicht über den kompletten Zeitraum gemietet werden, auch einzelne Tage dazwischen sind möglich!
Die Wohnung ist kaum möbliert, es steht aber eine Matratze für 2 Personen zur Verfügung. Küche mit Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, Bad mit Badewanne, Fernseher und W-Lan inklusive.
U-Bahn Station Candidplatz, Bus Station Jakob-Gelb-Platz, das heisst mit dem Bus ist man
in 10 Minuten direkt beim Festgelände!
Der Preis von 150 Euro pro Tag ist fest, nicht pro Person. Ihr könnt sie euch also gerne auch zu 5. mit Isomatte und Schlafsack teilen. Maximal aber 7 Leute, denn Nachbarn gibt es ja auch noch.
Kaution für den Schlüssel = 50 Euro. Diese bekommt ihr aber in bar bei der Schlüsselrückgabe zurück.
Um eine Vertrauensbases von beiden Seiten zu haben wird es eine kleine Anzahlung geben und der Rest wird bei der Wohnungsübergabe gezahlt.
