Die möblierte Wohnung ist: in hervorragender Nachbarschaft, großzügig im Raum und auch in der Belichtung mit mehreren Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist 38 Quadratmeter,: ein Schlafzimmer, separate Küche und Bad. Früher war ich hier im Home-Office. Daher ist die Wohnung mit einem Schreibtisch, einem bequemen Stuhl und 100 MBps Internet ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt Fernseher und Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten von der Station Südtiroler Straße der Straßenbahnlinie 25, zwei Stationen vom Wettersteinplatz (U1) entfernt. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung Geschäften, wie Rewe und eine Apotheke. Beide sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer Mehrwert der Wohnung ist, dass es neben einen schönen Park liegt, perfekt zum Spazierengehen und den Isar ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

since I will not be in Munich due to my work, sublet my apartment for three months.
The furnished apartment is: in excellent neighborhood, spacious in space and also in exposure with several windows. The apartment is 38 square meters,: one bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom. I used to be here in the home office. Therefore, the apartment is equipped with a desk, a comfortable chair and 100 MBps Internet. Also, there are TV and basement storage.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the Südtiroler Straße station of streetcar line 25, two stops from Wettersteinplatz (U1). There are also stores in the area, such as Rewe and a pharmacy. Both are within easy walking distance.
A great added value of the apartment is that it is located next to a beautiful park, perfect for walking and the Isar is 15 minutes walk away.
