Room wanted near Garching, Forschungszentrum

My name is Elizabeth, I an from Peru. I study at TUM the Biomedical Computing MSc program. I am 24 , electrical engineer as bachelor degree, very friendly, quiet, respectful about your space and responsable (rent on time, not disturbance, cleanliness). I have rented apartments before in Peru and Canada without problems, moreover, my landlord/ladie and I became good friends. I am willing to spend time with my roommates because it is always nice to learn and share something with the people you are living. :)

I am looking for a furnished 1-room-apartment or a room in a flat from April 1st or earlier (last week of March). I would like a place near Garching but I don't have any problems with no so far away places (30 minutes from Garching by public transportation, preferably near U-bahn station).
