Finding a room for new DAAD PhD student

Hello,
I'm Cuong Tran, 29 years old and I'm from Vietnam. I've won DAAD scholarship (the scholarship from German government) for a PhD position at LMU-Muenchen, campus near Universität of U3 or U6. My major is Information Technology, specialized in Computer Networks. Now I'm staying in Ismaning and I must move because my room will not be available next month (November).
I live alone, no dog, no cat, so that I can focus highly on my research. Besides, I'm a non-smoker and a clean person. I'm also a friendly but not a talkative person. I like playing sport, especially badminton and table tennis. Of course, I don't have a car, I may buy a bicycle next year for cycling to my school.
I need a good place in Muenchen for a long-term stay, because I will study at LMU for at least 3 years. I need cooking, a shared kitchen and bathroom is ok for me. I can afford up to 550 Euro per month. It is urgent for me. If possible, I will move immediately to the new house.
