Searching for a cosy, furnished 1-room apartment

Originally from Singapore, I am on a sabbatical after 8 years of work for my Master's degree in Munich. I hope to rent the apartment for 12 months from November, with flexibility to extend.

I will be living alone and don't smoke nor own pets. I enjoy reading and watching Netflix when at home, hence a cosy apartment is really important! A double / queen bed is desirable. Of course, I will be spending a lot of time studying at home and it will be ideal to have a decent table for study.

Hosting big parties are not my thing but I would like to invite a few friends over for a glass of wine. Outside of home, I enjoy doing a fair bit of indoor spinning, scuba diving, hiking and travelling.

I will appreciate rental with electricity, heating, water and internet all included. I look forward to receiving your message!
