Looking for a nice 1room apartment, or shared room in Munich

Hi there!

I´m 38 years old, Hungarian, project manager (electrical engineer), living here in Munich since about 2,5 years now.
Working at Bragi (Sendlingerstrasse, in the city center), where we are developing smart earpieces, headsets. im really addicted to music too, always prefer music above movies, but we are creating super good earpieces, so i never disturb the others if they do not like my taste :)
but on the other side im always happy to talk about music.

Im a non-smoker, sport addict guy, so almost every day after work i´m out to the gym(brasilian jiu jitsu, at the Pound for Pound gym so because of this sporty life I not spend too much time at home. But of course this is valid to the non-covid life.
Im a certified fitness instructor too (even if i do not believe in the classic gym fitness and sold my soul to grappling and flow fitness) and have a lot of kettlebells and clubbells. No, I would not spam the flat with these :D i store them at my workingplace, but in case of a shared flat, im happy to train together.
