Young students couple looking for an apartment

We are Nikita and Viktoriia. We both are 24 years old. We have been a couple for more than five years and currently are living together in Russia.

From the 1st of October, we are going to start our Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. For that reason, we are looking for the place that will be our new sweet home for the next 2 years or more. We'd prefer a furnished apartment with a kitchen.

We both have a blocked bank account, so that will be our stable income that will cover the monthly rent. KVR should be possible.

We are quiet and peaceful tenants who respect others’ privacy and property. In our free time at home, we enjoy quiet activities such as reading, yoga etc. Speaking of our social life, we like to keep it outside the house. We don’t smoke and rarely drink.
