Praktikantin sucht eine Wohnung in München!

Hallo!
Mein Name ist Marta und ich bin für ein 6-monatiges Praktikum in Monaco, das anschließend verlängert werden könnte. Ich wohne bereits in München, möchte aber eine neue Wohnung mit einer maximalen Warmmiete von 700€ pro Monat finden.
Ich bin ein ordentlicher Mensch, spreche ein wenig Deutsch und habe keine Probleme, Mietverträge auf Deutsch auszufüllen und zu verstehen.
Im Idealfall würde ich Mitte August einziehen und auf jeden Fall bis Ende Januar bleiben, und dann vielleicht verlängern.

My name is Marta and I am living in Munich for a 6 months internship which could be then extended afterwards. I already live in Munich, but I would like to find a new apartment with a maximum all-inclusive rent of 700€ per month.
I am a neat person, I speak a little bit of German and English fluently and have no problems filling out and understanding rental contracts in German.
Ideally, I would move in mid-August and stay until the end of January, and then maybe extend.
