Die Wohnung ist ca. 32m² groß und ist für 6 Monate frei, eventuell länger. Das Sideboard, das Regal, die Küchenausstattung und der Kleiderschrank können in der Wohnung bleiben, der Kleiderschrank müsste aber wahrscheinlich abgekauft werden, wenn er bleiben soll. Die Wohnung hat eine separate kleine Küche, die mit einer Schiebetür abschließbar ist. Das Bad geht von einem kleinen Flur ab, bevor man in den Hauptraum kommt. Kleine Schlafnische, die mit einer halboffenen Wand abgetrennt ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Milbertshofen, 3-5 Gehminuten von der Ubahnstation Milbertshofen und auch per Bus ist sie super angebunden. Es gibt einen Lidl, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Bioladen, Rewe, Edeka und Netto fußläufig in der Nähe
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man hat quasi keinen Straßenlärm und die nahe Umgebung ist recht grün, zum Olympiapark und Luitpoldpark ist es auch überhaupt nicht weit.
Der Mietpreis ist die Warmmiete. (800€)
