nach meiner 3-jährigen Studierendenexperience im Bereich Volkswirtschaft möchte ich für ein Praktikum außerhalb Münsters meine Wohnung für insgesamt 5 Monate untervermieten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der wohl belebtesten Straße Münsters, direkt am Hauptbahnhof in Richtung des beliebten Ausgehviertels am Hansaring. Es gibt vielerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Straße, egal ob es um Nahrungsmittel, Hausratsartikel oder Dienstleistungen geht; Hier wirst du immer fündig.

Desweiteren hast Du trotz Fenster zur Straße eine ruhige Atmosphäre, da Du aufgrund der Höhe zur Straße eine schöne Distanz hast und den Trubel vom Fenster aus beobachten kannst.

Viele der auf dem Foto abgebildeten Dinge würde ich selbstverständlich für den Zeitraum entfernen, das Grundmobiliar (Schreibtisch, Bett, Esstisch, Küchenschränke, Kommode) kannst Du natürlich gerne selbst verwenden. Falls deine Ansprüche hier anders sein sollten, kann man sich bestimmt auch darüber kurzschließen.

Hey you,
after my 3-year student experience in the field of economics, I would like to sublet my apartment for a total of 5 months for an internship outside of Münster.

The apartment is located on probably the busiest street in Münster, right next to the main train station towards the popular nightlife district on Hansaring. There are many shopping opportunities on the street, whether it is food, household goods or services; Here you will always find.

Furthermore, despite the window facing the street, you have a quiet atmosphere, since you have a nice distance due to the height to the street and can observe the hustle and bustle from the window.

Many of the things shown on the photo I would of course remove for the period, the basic furniture (desk, bed, dining table, kitchen cabinets, dresser) you can of course use yourself. If your requirements here should be different, we can certainly also short-circuit about it.
