Big Studio for one/two people

Hallo! Ich und meine Freundin verlassen Münster und suchen jemanden, der unsere Wohnung untervermietet! Wir sind zwei Mädchen, die zusammen in einem Studio direkt über dem Hauptbanhof wohnen. Wir sind in der Nähe von jedem Ort der Stadt zu Fuß und die Züge und Busse sind direkt vor unserer Tür. Aber lasst euch nicht täuschen! Unsere Wohnung hat große schalldichte Fenster und wir hören nichts von dem Lärm des Hauptbanhof! Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten für die Miete (alles ist inbegriffen).
Wir sind auf der Suche nach ein oder zwei Personen, die unsere Wohnung mieten möchten! Wir hoffen, organisierte und ordentliche Leute zu finden.
Neben der Wohnung gibt es viele Gemeinschaftsräume und Aktivitäten, an denen Sie teilnehmen können!
Wir sind von Februar bis März untervermietet, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass Sie den Vertrag mit dem Mieter nach März fortsetzen.

Hi! Me and my friend are leaving Münster and are looking for someone to sublet our apartment to! We are two girls livind together in a studio right on top of the Hauptbanhof. We are close to any place of the city by foot and the trains and buses are right outside of our door. But dont be fooled! Our apartment has great noise proof windows and we don’t hear anybof the noise of the Hauptbanhof! There are no aditional costs to the rent (everything is included).
We are looking for one or two people to rent our apartment to! We hope to find organised and tidy people.
In addition to the apartment there are a lot of common spaces and activities that you can participate!
We are subleting from february untill march but there is a possibility of you to continue the contract with the tenant after March.
