Schöne, moderne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Südpark

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

da ich Münster Ende April verlasse, suche ich für meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Südviertel eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock eines Neubaus und besteht aus einem großen, hellen Raum mit schönem Holzfußboden, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem Balkon. Vom Balkon blickt man direkt auf den Südpark. Die Küche und der Schlafbereich sind, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, etwas vom Rest des Raums abgetrennt, was ich sehr angenehm finde. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und da es sich um einen Neubau handelt sehr komfortabel. Für euer Fahrrad gibt es einen Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage und wer nicht gerne Treppen läuft, kann den Fahrstuhl benutzen.

In der Kaltmiete sind die Kosten für Wasser und Heizung bereits inbegriffen. Strom und Internet, etc. müsst ihr euch entsprechend selbst besorgen.

since I will be leaving Münster, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in Münster's Südviertel. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a brand new building and consists of a large, bright room with beautiful wooden flooring, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. From the balcony you have a nice view directly into the Südpark. The kitchen and sleeping area are somewhat separated from the rest of the room as you can see in the pictures. The apartment is very quiet and since it is a new building very comfortable. For your bike there is a bicycle cellar in the underground garage and those of you who don''t like to take the stairs can use the elevator.

The costs for water and heating are already included in the basic rent. You will have to pay for electricity and internet, etc. yourself.
