A big single room studio apartment for a single person as well as a couple. The room has a huge shelf which separates the bed from the lounge. A fully functional kitchen with a double cooking plate oven , fridge included in the price. The kitchen has all the necessary things plates/glasses/cutlery/pots and pans.
The apartment also has a huge private bathroom with a shower and a separate bath tub as well. To top up the apartment has a private garden where you can sit in the summer and have breakfast etc. The nearest bus stop is Simplon Str. from where a bus can take you to the nearest U5/ tram 19 or the bus 139 which will take you to Trudering where you can take the S-bahn or u2. A edeka, netto , rossmann is just 10 mins walk away. The neighbor hood is very nice with mostly families residing here. There are no tall apartments to block your view and lots of green areas to walk or make sports.
There is also a underground elevator parking which has to be taken with the apartment but can be rented out if no required by the tenant.
3 mins walk from the bus stop Simplon Straße from where a bus runs every 20 mins to Michaelibad(u5) or St.viet (tram 19). Another bus stop Augustinus Str. is 5 mins walk away from where bus 139 takes you to Trudering (u2, Sbahn). Ostbahnof 20 mins , city center 30 mins .
The apartment can be rented from 1st July 2016. The parking lot has to be taken as well but can be rented out to someone else. More then 2 people are not allowed in the apartment. Long term stay is preferred.
The apartment is fully furnished at no additional cost.
