1. *The Apartment is fully furnished* with a Queen size bed, 4 Wardrobes, 2 Tables, 2 Chairs, beautiful lighting, kitchen, heater and fridge.

*2.Kaution:500€.Rent is €760 per month inclusive of everything* ( electricity, heating, water and all amenties included in the Rent).

3. *KVR is not provided.*

4. *Address of the Apartment is : Regina Ullmann Straße 18 , Munich 81927.* The *location of the Apartemnt is very convenient* with 3 minutes distance to Tram N16 and N17 ( goes directly to the Hauptbahnhof), Busstop 50 and only 5 minutes to Johanneskirchen S- Bahn.

5. *The Apartement has within 5 minutes distance Medicine shops, Aldi, Edeka and a 24×7 open petrol pump too* ( because you might need food and drinks late night)

6.Every Friday there is a farmers market very close to the Apartment in Fritz Meyer Weg , just 4 minutes away.
