ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Mitte April bis Ende Mai unter, bin aber zeitlich ziemlich flexibel und kann notfalls eine Woche woanders unterkommen. Die Wohnung hat 33qm, liegt im 5 Stock, ist sehr hell, hat eine separate Küche, einen franz. Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man zu Kochen benötigt und auch sonst bin ich mit allem ausgestattet (Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Fahrrad, etc.)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am U Josephsplatz mitten in Schwabing, es ist alles in der Nähe, was man braucht (Bäcker, Netto, Getränkemarkt, Lidl). Vom Josephsplatz aus kommt man schnell überall hin, zur Uni 5 min, zum Hbf 5 min. Ansonsten gibt es viele kleine gemütliche Cafés und Bars in der Nähe.
