The studio is located 1 block away from the Subway M, R at Steinway street and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, health-food stores, bars, restaurant, yoga studios, gym's.
The building is clean, safe and quite.
Laundromat is downstairs at the corner of the block.
Internet access depends on you (I can leave it on if you pay for the bill $30/ month extra).
A security deposit of $300 will be taken which will be refundable upon vacancy if everything is in the same shape as at the time you moved in.
