Hellooo! I'm subletting my studio apartment from 01.07 to 30.09. It's right next to the Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof and the tram stop Widhalmstraße, making it extremely convenient to get anywhere easily! There's Penny, Aldi and Rewe nearby, so all your shopping needs are covered. It's also near to the city centre, making it a great central location! :)
It's fully furnished, and has a common laundry room, gym and a hangout area in the building. There's also a tiny and cozy sitting area outside my room, which would be perfect for the summer. There's also the terrace overlooking the railways, which also makes for a great hangout spot! :)

Cleanliness and neatness are really important to me, so please consider the apartment only if you can promise me that!
