Da ich im Sommer verreisen werde, wird meine gemütliche und schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im absoluten Herzen Nürnbergs, 3 Fußminuten vom Hauptmarkt in der Altstadt für ca. 6 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat ein Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, das durch einen Flur von einer geräumigen Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne getrennt wird.
Alles nötige wäre zur Benutzung vorhanden, von Geschirr über Waschmaschine etc.
Ich würde selbstverständlich in Schränken und Regalen Platz machen für die*den Zwischenmieter*in.
Die Ausstattung ist auf den Bildern gut zu erkennen.
Die Fenster sind raus zum Garten, dort lebt ein Eichhörnchen-Päärchen in den Bäumen, denen man gerne beim Spielen zuschaut.

As I'm going to travel around in summer, my cozy and beautiful one-room- apartment in the heart of Nuremberg will be free to rent for about 6 weeks. The apartment is furnished, has one living/sleeping room that is divided from a kitchen and a bathroom by a little corridor.
Everything necessary would be in place, e.g. washing machine, dishes, etc..
Of course I would make sure there's enough space everywhere in the shelves and wardrobes.
The windows are out to the garden, where a couple of squirrels live that are lovely to watch :)
Furnishing and everything is well to see in the pictures.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptmarkt und keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Burg.
Die Ubahnhaltestelle "Wöhrder Wiese" (U2/U3) erreicht man in 6 Minuten, die Ubahnhaltestelle "Lorenzkirche" (U1) in der selben Zeit.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß,
Busse sind in einer Minute zu erreichen.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Norma, aber auch alles andere, Cafés, Restaurants und Shopping-Möglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located centrally, just 3 minutes by foot to the market (Hauptmarkt) in the old city and not even 10 minutes to the fortress.
Tge metro station "Wöhrder Wiese" (U2/U3) is reachable within 6 minutes, the metro station "Lorenzkirche" (U1) within the same time.
To the main station you need around 15 minutes by foot, busses are reachable within one minute.
Right around the corner there's a little supermarket, but also cafes, restaurants, shops and everything else is very quickly to reach within almost no time.
