Hello!
I'm looking for a Nachmieter for my one room appartment starting from July 17th. The Nachmieter MUST be an enrolled student at the FAU or TH Nürnberg.
The room includes a bed, table, wardrobe, chair, fridge, its own bathroom and kitchen. It includes also additional furniture which I would like to sell to the next Nachmieter. Norma, Rossmann and TEDi are all downstairs. The U-bahn as well as the bus station and S-bahn are all 7 minutes away walking distance.
The furniture includes: A black couch, an oven, an Ikea green table, a TV table(next to bed), roller blinds for the windows, 1 shower head and 1 filter, decoration lights. This has all cost me 215 euros, I am willing to give it to the next tenant for 105 euros.
