My name is Saim and I'm a 25 years old male from Pakistan. I will be starting my masters at FAU Erlangen in October 2023 so I'm looking for a place to rent.
I don't smoke or have any addictions that might be of concern to others around me. I like to keep things very clean and tidy and tend to have a very friendly personality.
I have been working with a German-based consultancy firm for the past 3 years and will be continuing it part-time with my studies. The compensation would be sufficient to cater my monthly rent and basic needs. In addition, I'll have the support of blocked amount funds that I deposited.
I'll be travelling to Germany in the first week of October but would be happy to jump on a video callin order to know each other better.
